Due to the developing needs of the business we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team. Your main roles will include but are not limited to the following:
Building relationships with Customers
Dealing with enquiries
Maintaining a high level of Customer care via telephone and e-mail
Order processing via telephone and email
Order entry
Quote entry
Working with other company departments
Salary negotiable based on experience
To be considered you will need to:
Be computer literate
Have excellent communication skills
Have a high level of attention to detail
Be self-motivated and be able to work to deadlines
Be able to work independently as well as with others
Ideally have an understanding of the UK cable and electrical wholesale industry
