The Role
This position involves PPA cover, so experience leading lessons across EYFS to KS2 is preferred. You will play a crucial role in supporting teachers, delivering engaging lessons and helping every child achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking ForThe successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience working as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
- Hold (or be working towards) a recognised HLTA qualification (preferred).
- Be a collaborative team player with strong emotional intelligence.
- Be confident in leading and covering classes when required.
- Demonstrate flexibility, proactivity and patience.
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills.
