Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our directors and sales team in managing their daily schedules and administrative tasks. This role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, efficient communication, and timely execution of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the directors’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and professionalism
- Handle incoming calls screening and directing inquiries appropriately
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately using tools such as Microsoft Office and Xero to maintain organised records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Support event planning and coordination for meetings or company functions as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing reliable support to senior leadership
Skills
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SpeechLive
- Experience with data entry and clerical tasks that require accuracy and efficiency
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
- Strong typing skills to facilitate quick and accurate document preparation
- Office experience that demonstrates the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Knowledge of office procedures, including filing systems and scheduling tools
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
