We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment. The role involves routine cleaning of office spaces, welfare areas, and shared facilities to a high professional standard.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as offices, restrooms, and communal spaces
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a secure working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet their specific cleaning needs
- Manage cleaning schedules efficiently to ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, preferably within a office setting.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills for interactions with colleagues and warehouse staff.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Awareness of health and safety practices.
