We're Hiring: Bar Staff
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Bar Staff to join our busy restaurant and pub team. If you enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Process customer orders and handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Keep the bar clean, well-stocked, and organised throughout each shift.
- Check customers' identification where required and promote responsible alcohol service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to remain calm during busy service periods.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
