Shift Availability:
- Early Shift: 6:30am – 3:00pm
- Late Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

We're looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Care Assistant with their own vehicle to join our dedicated team, supporting people to live safely, independently, and comfortably in their own homes across Birtley and Gateshead.
No previous care experience? That's absolutely fine. If you're caring, dependable, and willing to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Be Doing
Every visit matters, and every interaction can make a positive impact.
Your role may include:
- Providing personal care and companionship in clients' homes
- Supporting with daily routines, including meals, medication, and mobility
- Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing
- Driving between local care visits using your own vehicle
- Creating moments of comfort, dignity, reassurance, and connection
- Supporting people to achieve the outcomes that matter most to them
What You'll Need
- Female applicants only (due to client-specific care requirements)
- A valid UK driving licence
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Availability for Sunday shifts and weekday mornings and evenings
- A caring, positive, and reliable attitude
No experience is required – full training is provided.
