About the Role
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and processing customer orders
- Providing exceptional service to our existing clients
- Utilising your strong communication skills and computer literacy
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Updating customer information and processing orders through our internal systems
Requirements
- While previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
- Proficient in using CRM software's.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
