Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Wear Kraft Coordinator to contribute to the Coalville team.

Reporting to the Wear Kraft Business Line Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the storage, co-ordination, and supply of all materials to and from the Wear Kraft operation at Coalville. You will work as part a team to coordinate the documentation, stock system and material handling in a safe and efficient manner ensuring customer service levels are met and maintained.
The role:
Co-developing a strategic layout for parts storage, ensuring safe and accessible storage of all materials for Wear Kraft
Co-develop processes for stock handling, management and health and safety with a view to a Supervisory role in the future.
Development to a dual role Co-Ordinator/Regional Sales Manager is expected
Efficient and timely handling of all materials
Communicating and coordinating parts movement with required departments both on and off site
Unloading of parts, locating stock, cycle counts, pick & pack operation, loading of goods to meet customer orders
Operating Wear Kraft goods inwards to ensure all required parts are delivered, checked against documentation, correctly marked and located
Identifying damaged parts
Ensuring compliance with inventory control measures i.e. Receipting of goods inwards on relevant systems
Operating Wear Kraft goods outwards to ensure accurate picking, packaging and labelling of parts
Work safely with Company’s Health & Safety guidelines, whilst being customer focused
Escalation of key issues to Supervisor or Managers as required
Compliance with internal environmental and waste management procedures
Following Standard Work procedures
General Housekeeping Duties ensuring yard and work areas are kept to 5s standard
Use of FLT and PIT where required
The person:
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Experience in similar role or with material movement
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on your own initiative with little supervision
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Current fork-lift/combi-lift license
Knowledge of inventory control would be advantageous.
A logical and methodical approach to problem solving along with the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner to meet targets.
IT literacy and experience of MRP style system would be beneficial
RSM aspect of role – no previous sales experience required. Training and development for this will be provided
