Primo Drinks are the largest family owned and operated drinks wholesalers within the UK Drinks Industry.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our team in the head office in Stockport.
Requirements:
- To be part of the management team, contributing to the development of the Primo Drinks strategy
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to effectively deliver against Primo Drinks objectives and targets
- Manage the flexible allocation of resource within teams to maximise sales performance and customer service levels based on current business priorities
- Execution of sales campaigns and up-selling to customers through teams
- Drive operational effectiveness of teams by proactively managing structure, teams and individual performance and business planning
- Create an environment that truly drives high performance through effective performance management and development planning
- Benchmark performance metrics and ways of working against other industry contact centres
- Ensure consistent ways of working and sharing of best practise across teams and individuals
- Ensure best in class promoting the Primo Drinks promotions/offers brochure and cask ale distribution
People responsibilities
- To lead and develop a team of Senior Sales Advisors and Sales Advisors.
- Work to improve individual and team performance through review’s, 121’s, coaching, team development, recruitment and selection.
- Coach and lead teams in brilliant execution of sales campaigns and brand agenda, driving continuous improvement of call quality, order capture, campaign activation, selling style & skills
Qualifications
- Degree level or equivalent
