We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the friendly and supportive team at Little Rascals Nursery.

What You'll Be Doing
- Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive
- Supporting children's learning through play, exploration, and meaningful experiences
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress and development
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and individual needs at all times
- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive and dedicated team
What We're Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- A genuine passion for supporting children aged 0–5 years
- Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding care and education
