We are seeking a highly organised Administrator for this new role.

Responsibilities
- Developing and managing an expanding office
- Organising and maintaining holiday let booking database records
- Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
- Dealing with contractors / other members of staff
- Growing the administrative duties of the business for example social media/ website
- Payroll administration
- Other responsibilities that may develop as the role evolves.
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative background is essential
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software is desirable, but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Be able to work independently with initative.
