Your role
- Lead cost-effective recruitment campaigns and events, providing expert advice on Talent Acquisition best practice.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, from attraction and selection through to hiring decisions.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates, assessing skills, experience and cultural fit to identify high-quality talent.
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives through social media and talent attraction channels, reducing agency spend and building talent pipelines.
- Produce recruitment insights, statistics and management information to measure effectiveness, identify trends and support workforce planning.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners, delivering a proactive, customer-focused recruitment service.
Your skills
- Recent experience in a similar recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition role.
- Experience managing competing priorities, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Knowledge of recruitment and resourcing best practice, including current legislation and employment regulations.
- Experience building effective relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and candidates.
- Ability to provide recruitment advice and guidance to managers and colleagues at all levels.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
