Architect/Architectural Services
Greater Cambridge Construction Limited is an established building company based in Cambridge, carrying out mainly domestic work.
We are looking for an architect or firm of architects to form a strategic working relationship, where we refer clients requiring plans for (typically) extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions to you or your company.
You would provide the plans and handle planning permissions where required and liaise with Building Control and charge fees directly to the client.
For the avoidance of doubt, this is not an employment vacancy, it is advertising to begin a working relationship in order that we can continue to offer our clients a full 'Design and Build Service'.
