Job Overview
Elite EMS Ltd are seeking a skilled, qualified Mechanic Technician to join our dynamic team, all applicants should have their own tools.
Service Technician experience would be ideal.
You must have the attention to detail and understanding required to safely perform all workshop based duties. The ability to work as part of a collective or to work alone and a strong team spirit that will see you working closely with everyone from the fleet department not just your colleagues on the workshop floor.
Duties:
- Inspecting vehicles and diagnosing any required work
- Discussing required repairs with fleet management
- Repairing or replacing components as required
- Road testing vehicles to test repair work
- Performing regular vehicle services.
- Cleaning and maintaining the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
- A valid driver's licence preferably to include C1.
Skills
- Superior knowledge of light goods vehicles and how to perform repair and maintenance tasks
- Verbal communication skills for explaining vehicle work in accessible terms and discussing vehicle cases with other team members
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills for determining vehicle problems and how to resolve them
- Competency in using diagnostic equipment.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
