Breakfast Chef (Seasonal) – 6:30am–11:30am, 5 Days Per Week

As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering a fresh, well‑presented, and safe buffet breakfast that sets our guests up for a great day. You’ll work independently during prep and service, keeping the buffet stocked, attractive, and running smoothly while maintaining excellent allergen and hygiene standards.
Your work directly shapes the guest experience — from cooking a consistent breakfast offering to ensuring safe allergen practices and providing friendly service on the buffet.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a high‑quality breakfast service
- Set up, replenish, and maintain the buffet throughout service
- Provide warm, attentive customer service at the servery
- Follow strict allergen‑control procedures and communicate clearly with the team
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Manage stock rotation, labelling, and deliveries
- Work efficiently to keep service smooth, timely, and well‑organised
