Graduate Physiotherapist
Location: Move With Eze, Bedford
Hours: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week initially
Salary: £32,000 full-time equivalent, pro rata (£17,067–£21,333 actual annual salary, depending on contracted hours)
Working pattern: Daytime, evening and Saturday clinics

ABOUT MOVE WITH EZE
Move With Eze is a growing clinic serving Bedford and London. We help people overcome pain, recover from injury and move with confidence through thorough assessment, hands-on care and progressive rehabilitation.
You will be trained in the Move With Eze Method, our structured approach to clinical reasoning, movement assessment, treatment and personalised rehabilitation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assess and treat musculoskeletal conditions using the Move With Eze Method.
- Deliver hands-on treatment and personalised rehabilitation.
- Build meaningful relationships and take ownership of each client’s journey.
- Help people return to work, sport and the activities they love.
- Maintain excellent clinical records and practise safely within your scope.
- Contribute to the continued growth of our Bedford clinic.
The clinical scope may include persistent and recurring musculoskeletal pain, sports and everyday injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, return-to-running and return-to-sport planning, strength and movement rehabilitation, and injury-risk reduction.
HOW YOU WILL DEVELOP
- Complete a structured onboarding programme.
- Participate in weekly mentoring and clinical training.
- Receive regular support from Chartered Physiotherapists.
- Receive full access to the world-renowned Go-To Therapist Mentorship, worth over £4,500 annually and included as part of your role.
- Join regular case discussions and monthly one-to-one development meetings.
- Apply your learning to clinical reasoning, rehabilitation and communication.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 30 days: Understand our systems, begin applying the Move With Eze Method and build client relationships with support.
First 60 days: Assess and treat with growing confidence, communicate clearly and deliver purposeful treatment plans.
First 90 days: Build trust, contribute confidently during mentorship and become a clinician people recommend.
YOU WILL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
- Are a graduate or newly qualified physiotherapist.
- Are HCPC registered.
- Are compassionate and make clients feel heard.
- Have a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation.
- Actively seek feedback and put it into practice.
- Can reliably work the agreed daytime, evening and Saturday clinics.
- Want to contribute to a growing Bedford clinic.

REQUIREMENTS
- HCPC registration.

- Reliable travel to the Bedford clinic.
