Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor various production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient food manufacturing processes.
- Follow strict food safety guidelines, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures, to maintain product integrity.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and production lines, identifying and addressing mechanical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, machine performance, and safety checks.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks in compliance with food safety standards to prevent contamination.
- Support quality control measures by inspecting finished products for consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals while upholding safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating quantities, and recording data accurately.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with operating machinery is advantageous.
- Understanding of food safety principles, including HACCP protocols, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: £18.71-£20.42 per hour
