As our business continues to grow, we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Vehicle Sales & Customer Experience Executive who shares our values and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Opportunity
This is a varied, customer-focused role where you'll manage the entire customer journey—from the first enquiry through to vehicle handover and after-sales follow-up.

You'll be responsible for building trust, understanding customer requirements and helping customers choose the right vehicle, finance solution and aftercare products, always ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to vehicle handover.
- Respond promptly and professionally to website, telephone, WhatsApp, email and social media enquiries.
- Welcome customers to the dealership and build strong relationships through honest advice and outstanding communication.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Sell vehicles professionally and ethically, ensuring recommendations are tailored to each customer's needs.
- Introduce and arrange vehicle finance, warranties and aftercare products confidently, transparently and compliantly.
- Complete finance applications and all associated paperwork accurately and in accordance with FCA requirements and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure every customer receives timely and professional follow-up.
- Organise and prioritise multiple customer enquiries while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Deliver seamless vehicle handovers that create loyal customers and generate future recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold the excellent standards and reputation of Motor Market.
About You
We're looking for someone who believes outstanding customer service is the foundation of every successful sale.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in used vehicle sales.
- Experience selling vehicle finance and associated warranty or aftercare products.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to convert enquiries into sales.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing accurate paperwork and maintaining comprehensive customer records.
- A clear understanding of FCA compliance and the importance of treating every customer fairly while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Confidence using CRM systems, email, WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
- A proactive attitude with excellent time management and a desire to continually improve.
- A genuine passion for delivering exemplary customer service and creating customers who return and recommend Motor Market to others.

Additional Information
- Full-time position.
- Saturday and Sunday working on a rota basis.
- Mid week day off, every other week.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
