In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face , ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, addressing guest inquiries, and providing exceptional service that keeps guests returning.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and special requests while ensuring confidentiality
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel reception or customer service roles preferred; hospitality background is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle inquiries confidently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest records
- Ability to remain energetic, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and guest services best practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: £12.71 per hour

- Shifts can vary between morning, afternoon and evening, and full flexibility is required. This will include weekdays & weekends.
