This Leeds based hybrid conveyancing role is open to Junior Conveyancers, Conveyancing Fee Earners, Residential Conveyancers, Conveyancing Case Handlers, Residential Property Fee Earners and Property Lawyers who are already managing files or handling a residential conveyancing caseload.
You do not need to be at senior level to be considered, but you must have hands on case handling experience within residential conveyancing.

The Role
Following a structured Learning and Development induction, you will manage a residential conveyancing caseload suited to your experience.
Your caseload may include:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- New build conveyancing
- Shared ownership conveyancing
You will manage files from instruction through to completion, providing strong client service while maintaining compliance, quality standards and good file management.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is already confident dealing with residential property files and wants to develop further in a well supported conveyancing team.
What You Will Need
- At least 15 months’ residential conveyancing experience
- Experience handling your own files or managing a caseload
- Exposure to freehold, leasehold, new build or shared ownership matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work well in a hybrid team environment
You may currently be working as a Conveyancing Assistant with your own files, Junior Conveyancer, Conveyancing Case Handler, Residential Conveyancer, Residential Property Fee Earner, Property Lawyer or Conveyancing Fee Earner.
The key requirement is that you are already case handling and can manage residential conveyancing files with a good level of independence.
Bonus and Earning Potential
Alongside a salary of up to £45,000, the role offers a bonus scheme worth £12,000 to £15,000 per year.
The bonus is linked to completions and performance, giving strong fee earners the chance to significantly increase their annual earnings.
