The Role
As Factory Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities within the factory, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in coordinating teams, maintaining productivity, and supporting continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate factory personnel during daily production activities

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met

Support training and development of production staff

Work closely with production managers and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards

Maintain accurate production and shift records

Promote a positive team culture and strong communication across departments
Requirements
-
Previous experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or production

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial environment

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience in the construction or precast concrete industry would be an advantage
