At Westexe Forklifts, we’re growing rapidly and are looking for a proactive Service Administrator to play a key role in coordinating our engineering teams. Duties
- Raise Thorough Examination jobs and liaise with customers to book examinations.
- Allocate jobs to Examiners and plan routes efficiently.
- Chase outstanding Purchase Orders for completed work.
- Set up PDAs for engineers.
- Create fleet IDs and service contracts for customer-owned equipment.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting engineers or field-based teams.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling, planning, and resource management.
- Commercial awareness, including an understanding of profit and loss.
- Confident dealing with customers and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of material handling equipment is desirable, but full training will be provided.
