The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, taking ownership of your section and helping to deliver consistently excellent food during busy services.
You'll work alongside a strong senior team who are passionate about developing chefs and creating an environment where people can build long-term careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Run your section confidently during service
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to company standards
- Support junior chefs and help maintain a positive kitchen culture
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to menu development and specials
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef
- Passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
- Calm and organised under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Eager to learn, develop, and progress your career
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen compliance standards
