We are seeking Senior healthcare assistants who possess:
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year of demonstrable experience within the UK care home sector, with a strong understanding of best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to work flexibly across various care settings and adapt to the changing needs of our residents.
- Driver's License (Desirable): A valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are advantageous, but not essential.
- NVQ 3 in health and social care and Medication administration training and experience is mandatory for this role
