Position; Part Time/full time Barista
Proven & advanced skills in the following is a must

The Role
As a barista, you will:
- Help Lead and inspire a team to provide exceptional service and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and consistency.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and stock management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in implementing new menu items or promotions.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive barista experience (minimum 2years), including knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and machine maintenance.
- Proven experience as a barista in a coffee shop or similar environment.
- Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
