Job Purpose
To deliver excellent customer service, serve drinks responsibly, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks efficiently and accurately
- Follow Challenge 25 and all licensing laws
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar, glassware, and service areas
- Operate the till, handle payments, and follow cash‑handling procedures
- Restock fridges, spirits, garnishes, and glassware
- Keep the bar clean, organised and presentable at all times
- Support floor staff during busy periods
- Conduct proper close down procedures
- Communicate clearly with the team and management
- Follow all health & safety and fire safety procedures
- Provide friendly, professional customer service

- Able to work under pressure

- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable enforcing refusals and licensing rules
- Shifts will likely include evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£13.00 per hour
