Within our Mental Health Supported Living Service, we deliver consistent, person‑centred support designed to help residents build independence, confidence, resilience, and long‑term stability.
The Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting residents to achieve their recovery and independence goals. You’ll work as part of a compassionate, multidisciplinary team providing structured, consistent, high‑quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with mental health needs.
- Support residents to engage in daily living tasks, rehabilitation programmes, and community‑based activities.
- Implement personalised care plans based on each resident’s occupational profile.
- Encourage active participation in group and individual activities designed to promote recovery and independence.
- Work collaboratively with nursing, occupational therapy, and external charity partners.
- Promote a positive, empowering environment where residents are encouraged to develop confidence and essential life skills.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Safeguard the wellbeing, rights, and dignity of residents at all times.

Experience in mental health or social care is beneficial but not essential—we provide full training and ongoing support.
