We’re looking for passionate, personable individuals to join our Front of House team at Crowcombe Court, an award-winning wedding venue set within a stunning Georgian manor house in the heart of the Quantock Hills.
With breathtaking panoramic views across an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Crowcombe Court provides the perfect setting for unforgettable weddings. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring every couple and their guests receive an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until the celebrations come to an end.
The Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our wedding celebrations, helping to deliver the high standards and personal service that make each event so special.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing function spaces to ensure they are ready for our guests’ arrival
- Serving wedding guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner across multiple bars
- Providing attentive table service throughout the wedding breakfast
- Creating cocktails and drinks for wedding guests
- Supporting the wider team throughout the day and evening
- Helping create memorable experiences that couples and their guests will treasure for years to come
About You
We’re looking for people who are:
- Friendly, personable and approachable
- Well-presented and professional
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Reliable, enthusiastic and able to work as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
