Job Summary
At the Hatton Arms in Warrington, we are seeking an enthusiastic Front of House Staff member to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant. Experience in the hospitality industry is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Must be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns (including weekends & bank holidays).
Duties
- Serving customers/taking orders in the bar and restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining and service area
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Provide the very best customer service in a friendly manner
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or pub is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Good communication skills and a friendly/outgoing demeanour are essential in this role
