SCHOOL SPORTS COACH
Locations: LONG EATON & ILKESTON
Hours: 6-10 hours a week.
The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and energetic Sports Coach to join our team! You'll be planning and delivering fun, high-quality sports and activity sessions within schools across Nottingham. This includes PE lessons, lunchtime activities, and after-school clubs and this includes sessions in Early Years (EYFS) settings.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Experience planning and leading sports coaching sessions in schools or community & educational settings
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in coaching or playing a variety of sports and activities
- Familiarity with behaviour management techniques and confidence in applying them effectively
- A recognised coaching qualification and/or a minimum Level 3 qualification in a sport or coaching-related subject
- Ability to travel independently between venues
- Must be 18 or over
- Safeguarding qualification
- Strong communication skills and excellent punctuality
Desirable:
- Previous experience coaching or teaching in a primary school setting
- First Aid certification
- Multiple coaching qualifications across different sports
- Ability to get to all work locations independently

Pay: £13.00-£18.00 per hour
