Title: Learner Support Advisor
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday)
Role Overview
Are you passionate about customer support and creating positive learner experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Learner Support Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist learners throughout their journey from application through course completion, ensuring they enjoy a smooth, rewarding experience.
Key to this role is ensuring we meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deliver exceptional support to our learners, enabling their success and satisfaction with our programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to learners via phone and email, addressing queries promptly and escalating issues as necessary.
- Manage learner applications, including compliance checks, and maintain accurate records on platforms like Salesforce.
- Ensure learners are prepared to start their courses with all required documentation in place for a seamless course completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, offering expert guidance and keeping them informed throughout their journey.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth program operations.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in customer service with clear, confident communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
