The Role
We are looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker (preferably time-served) to join our passionate workshop team. You will be responsible for building premium bespoke furniture from start to finish, ensuring our exacting standards are met on every piece.
Key Responsibilities
- Crafting high-end bespoke kitchens, bedroom units, bathroom furniture, and custom pieces
- Operating workshop woodworking machinery safely and accurately
- Interpreting drawings and executing precise joinery and cabinet construction methods
- Maintaining high efficiency without compromising on quality or attention to detail
- Working collaboratively with the team and managing standalone tasks independently
Requirements & Experience
- Technical Skills: Strong background in joinery and traditional/modern cabinet construction
- Machinery Knowledge: Proven experience operating standard workshop woodworking machinery
- Work Ethic: Highly reliable, self-motivated, with a genuine passion for working with wood
- Quality Focus: Outstanding attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier finishes
- Communication: Clear, effective communication skills to work smoothly with colleagues
- Desirable: Experience with on-site installations is a advantage
