Opportunity: Form F Assessor - East Midlands

Due to continued success and growth we are now recruiting for Independent Form F Assessors to join us on a self-employed basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling the assessments and supporting material by the agreed deadline and presenting the completed assessment to panel.
- Completion of Form F assessments within the relevant timescales, all visits are in person.
- Undertaking visits to referees as identified on the application form for prospective Foster Carer(s).
- Provision of regular updates to the Registered Manager regarding the completion of the Form F.
- To be willing and available to present completed Form F’s to The CFT’s fostering panel and provide guidance and support to the applicants through this process.
Skills and experience:
To undertake this role, you will be required to have a minimum of the following qualification levels:
- A qualification relevant to the post, such as BSC Social Work
- You should have previous experience in assessment work and completion of Form Fs
- Registered with Social work England
- This role is subject to a clear enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references and overseas checks if relevant.
- You must be able to visit prospective carers and their referees in their own home.
What you'll get in return:
We pay £2,500 upon successful completion of each Form F Assessment.
You will also be reimbursed for mileage at a rate of 45p per mile.
