As part of our team, you'll engage in a 1:7 middle-grade rota, ensuring comprehensive coverage of our Nephrology Unit.
Ideal for ambitious physicians with a p assion for Nephrology, this role offers hands-on experience in renal medicine within a supportive environment. You'll collaborate closely with consultant nephrologists, contributing to the management of in-patient and out-patient renal services at Lister Hospital.
Your responsibilities will encompass diverse areas, including patient care on the nephrology ward, overseeing operations in the Haemodialysis and CAPD Units, and participating in renal clinics. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to engage in audit and research initiatives within the unit, fostering professional growth.

The post holder will be encouraged to participate in audits, presentations, and teachings. Although, this post is not recognised for training, the appointee will be encouraged in their training and development within the role.
