Job Summary:
Selnet Optima Network Solutions Ltd is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead network operations, technical support, service performance, and infrastructure reliability.
You will manage network teams, oversee incidents and maintenance activities, and ensure secure and dependable connectivity for clients and business operations.
What you'll do:
- Manage daily network operations and technical-support activities.
- Lead network engineers, technicians, and service-support teams.
- Monitor network availability, capacity, security, and performance.
- Coordinate incident response and restore disrupted services promptly.
- Manage network upgrades, installations, migrations, and maintenance.
- Review operational reports, service levels, risks, and recurring issues.
- Work with clients, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
- Oversee routers, switches, firewalls, wireless systems, and connectivity services.
- Maintain network documentation, procedures, and escalation processes.
- Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity controls.
- Manage operational budgets, resources, licences, and supplier performance.
- Improve network processes, automation, monitoring, and service quality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in network operations, infrastructure, telecommunications, IT services, or technical support.
- Good understanding of network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Familiarity with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, or cloud connectivity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage technical teams and multiple operational priorities.
- Experience with suppliers, service-level agreements, or managed services is beneficial.
- Knowledge of network security and business-continuity practices is helpful.
- Relevant networking or IT service-management qualifications are advantageous.

Pay: £4,500.00-£6,000.00 per month
