Part-Time Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an organised and proactive Part-Time Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cleaning company. The successful candidate will ensure cleaning services are delivered to a high standard, manage staff schedules, maintain client satisfaction, and support the company's growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the cleaning business.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning teams and allocate work efficiently.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support cleaning staff.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure high service standards.
- Manage staff attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters where required.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange the purchase of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare staff rotas, operational reports, and performance updates.
- Support business development by assisting with quotations, contract mobilisation, and client retention.
- Work closely with company directors to improve operational processes and achieve business objectives.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in operations or management, preferably within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements relevant to the cleaning industry.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred).
Working Hours
- Part-time (approximately 60–100 hours per week).
- Flexible working hours, with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.

THIS JOB CAN BE FOR A WORK FROM HOME BASED BUT FOR THE 1ST 3 MONTHS TRIAL PERIOD WILL BE BASED AT THE OFFICE IN @ BRATTON, WESTBURY, BA13
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
