Hawthorn Timber part of Summit Timber are proud to announce exciting new opportunities for our new facility, under new management, at Hawthorn Timber Selby. We are recruiting for experienced Sideloaders who have previous sideloader and timber experience.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role/industry, as well as have the opportunity to gain further knowledge and learn machine lines.

Pay
Pay Rate: £13.34 to £15.45 per hour DOE
Hours:
6:30am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 6:30am to 3pm Friday
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Sideloader experience essential
- Strong attention to detail and Health and Safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptability to meet operational demands
- Read and understand technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
-Achieve set daily targets
We are looking for someone who has:
-Experience in a sawmilling environment is advantageous
-The ability to work to a production schedule, ensuring all targets are met
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
