Massimos Baillieston is recruiting for an Trainee Commis Chef. This is a great opportunity working with an experienced Head Chef producing exciting dishes in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking, positive attitude and hard working ethic. Some experience in college/workplace kitchens required. Full training on the fundamentals of preparation, cooking, larder, pastry and bakery shall be provided as a trainee.
Hours 35 - 40 hrs per week Wed - Sun
Days off Mon and Tuesday
