Duties:
- Conduct complex diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs across a range of vehicle models, adhering strictly to manufacturer standards
- Perform routine servicing including oil changes, brake replacements, and tyre rotations
- Mentor and support junior technicians, fostering teamwork and skill development
- Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the workshop
- Maintain an organised and clean work environment
- Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues regarding repair work, recommendations, and technical issues
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a dealership environment
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and manufacturer-specific systems
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Flexible attitude, willing to work different shifts, including early starts or late finishes
- Valid UK driving licence
