Do you absolutely love teaching music, but hate the endless grind of finding new students, chasing unpaid invoices, and building a brand from scratch?
The AngleseyMusic Group is expanding! We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Lead Music Teacher (or two!) to launch and manage a brand-new teaching territory.
This is a unique freelance opportunity to be your own boss, teach from the comfort of your own home, and dictate your own schedule, all while being backed by the marketing power, centralised administration, and established reputation of the AngleseyMusic Group.
What You Get:
- Total Flexibility: You tell us when you are available. You set your own hours and days. (Please note: As a self-employed contractor, we cannot guarantee a specific income or a set volume of lessons, but your earning potential is entirely in your hands based on the slots you open!).
- Highly Rewarding Revenue Split: You retain a massive 90% of the tuition fees for your personal students! (e.g., Based on a £45/hour local baseline rate, your earning potential is £40.50 per teaching hour). Plus, as your branch grows, you will earn a 10% passive management fee from all lessons delivered by the Sub-Teachers in your region.
- We Handle the Boring Bits: Central admin takes care of all student invoicing, debt recovery, and centralised exam bookings. You just focus on the music.
The Role & Expectations:
As a Regional Lead Teacher, you won't just be teaching; you will be the face of our new expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Exceptional Tuition: Delivering top-tier instrumental or vocal lessons from your own clean and safe home teaching space.
- Team Building: Actively scouting, interviewing, and recommending local Sub-Teachers to join and expand your branch.
- Quality Control: Acting as the local point of contact and ensuring your team observes all safeguarding and teaching standards.
- Daily Administration: Keeping our centralised system fully updated with attendance and lesson notes by the end of your working day.
- Brand Promotion: Taking part in local promotional events, contributing to social media, and monitoring local competition.
