MIG Welder/Fabricator - Days only - no weekends
To £15 ph + O/T (1.5x) + Bens
We are working with a market-leading specialist manufacturer who have an opening for an experienced MIG Welders to join their team near Hayle, Cornwall. The company continually invests in their product development and manufacturing technology to ensure they and the engineering team remain at the forefront of their industry.
Duties
· Fabricate batches of welded mild steel components at the direction of the department supervisor.
· Produce batches of welded components with great attention to detail ensuring parts match the engineering drawings.
· Metal preparation tasks including cutting, drilling, folding, etc.
· Metal polishing and finishing tasks using various hand tools and machinery.
· Ability to read technical drawings and weld symbols.
The company offers a 5-day working week, Monday to Friday, with overtime available if you choose. Really friendly working environment, social events and excellent prospects.
