Part-Time Office Administrator / Digital Assistant
AP Construction & Landscapes is looking for a reliable, organised, and proactive person to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
This is a varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys administration, organisation, and has good IT skills.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing emails and responding to customer enquiries.
* Preparing and sending quotes and invoices.
* Keeping paperwork and customer records organised.
* Updating or creating a new company website.
* Assisting with social media and online presence (if applicable).
* General office administration and supporting the day-to-day running of the business.
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Is confident using computers and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Has experience with website creation or editing (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or similar).
* Can work independently and use their initiative.
* Has previous administration experience (preferred but not essential).
Hours: Part-time (hours and days can be discussed to suit the right candidate).
Location: can be discuseed – office, remote, or a mixture of both depending on the applicant.
