FRONT OF HOUSE PERSON (waiter/waitress) -
This position is for PART TIME work Wednesday to Saturday only
We are currently looking for a charming, professional person to join our small, talented team to help us deliver a very special dining experience at our renowned award winning restaurant.

- Wednesday to Saturday availability is a must
- +18 years old is a minimum age required for this role
- You live in Bury St Edmunds or within close surroundings
Some of your responsibilities would be:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Understanding and presenting menus
- Serving food, wine, beverages and meals in accordance with health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
- Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities while providing informed recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing enquiries and resolving any concerns promptly
- Ensure that a special dining experience is provided every time

- approx. 20-25 hours per week position - (Wednesday to Saturday evening + Thursday to Saturday lunch shifts)
