Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their experience is enjoyable from the moment they arrive. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining the overall presentation of the establishment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff promptly.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and reception.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in training new staff members as required, promoting a cohesive team environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
