Best Western Carlton Hotel is looking for a part-time Guest Services Assistant to join our team in Blackpool, working 10 hours per week. Perfect for someone who is outgoing, understands excellent customer service, is great at multi-tasking. We're also looking for someone who can be flexible with shift availability as you'll cover breakfast and dinner shifts, both midweek and at weekends.
You'll be working in the restaurant and bar as needed, and we'll make sure you're trained to deliver great customer service in all areas. In return, we offer a wage of up to £12.71 per hour.
The role
- Serving in the bar and restaurant
- Taking food orders
- Occasional food preparation
- Delivering consistently great customer service
- Working a mix of early and late shifts, midweek and weekends
- Will involve working as part of a small team or individually
Who we're looking for
We're looking for an honest, reliable team player with a year or more's experience in a similar role. You'll be a good communicator with enjoy a customer-facing role. As the role will involve some work behind the bar, we do kindly ask that only those aged 18 or above apply. We need someone who can be flexible with their shift availability, and who can do both midweek and weekends, early and late shifts.
