Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance, training, and support to promote excellent service delivery.
- Organize daily schedules and allocate resources efficiently to meet the needs of residents.
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure personalised care plans are followed.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Implement best practices in care delivery, including medication management and hygiene standards.
- Support the recruitment process by participating in interviews.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a care home or senior care setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of care plans development and implementation tailored to individual needs.
- Competency in using IT systems for record keeping and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations in residential care environments.

£1,000 bonus following completion of probational period.
Pay: From £14.35 per hour
