Head Barista / Key Holder (15–20 Hours per Week)
We’re looking for a hands‑on Head Barista / Key Holder who can lead the bar, support the team, and keep the café running smoothly.
Role Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the café
- Making high‑volume drinks and leading from the bar
- Keeping workflow fast, organised, and consistent
- Supporting baristas during busy shifts and delegating tasks
- Daily prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
- Setting up/taking down outdoor furniture (lifting up to 25kg)
- Moving stock up and down stairs
What We’re Looking For
- Strong barista skills and confidence on the bar
- Café/hospitality leadership experience
- Reliable, consistent availability
- Excellent customer service-friendly, calm, and professional
- Physically capable (lifting + stairs)
- Fast, active worker who leads by example
