About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support our Central Production Unit. You'll play a key role in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards while supporting the production team with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and store kitchen equipment, utensils, trays, and containers.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all kitchen and production areas.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage following FIFO principles.
- Remove waste and recycling safely and efficiently.
- Support chefs and production teams with basic preparation tasks when required.
- Follow all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures.
