We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and reliable Barista & Server who can deliver excellent customer service, prepare high-quality beverages (hot & cold), serve food, and maintain a clean, welcoming ambiance. The ideal candidate is multitasking, attentive to detail, and enjoys working in a fast‐paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, coffee bar, and customer seating.
- Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
- Handle payments, process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and merchandise as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role in food service is preferred (but not required; training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Friendly attitude with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
