The Role
You will take responsibility for your own residential property caseload from instruction through to post-completion, providing a high level of service to clients throughout the transaction.
Your work will include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Residential property refinancing
- General conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, and other third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.
There will also be opportunities to contribute to business development initiatives and help strengthen relationships with existing and new referrers.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Residential Property Lawyer
- Significant experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property matters
- Ability to handle transactions independently from instruction to completion
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Strong organisational and case management abilities
- Interest in developing and maintaining referral relationships
- Team-oriented and committed to delivering excellent client service
